Shipping & Delivery
Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email of notification informing you of shipping method (courier company) and any tracking numbers if applicable.
If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to “pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery is normally delivered within 3 to 14 Working Days but please note this is not guaranteed.
Charges as following based on total order weight:
Up to 0.06kg - £4.95
From 0.06kg to 2kg - £6.95
From 2kg to 20kg - £9.95
From 20kg to 30kg - £12.95
Over 30kg - £15.95
1-3 Working Day Express Delivery
Orders normally delivered within 1-3 working days. Please note this is not guaranteed.
Up to 0.6kg - £9.95
From 0.6kg to 15kg - £25.00
Over 15kg + £30.00
We offer a 1-3 working day delivery service on most products on our store, orders need to be placed before 2pm to be eligIble for production on the given day.
Orders for 1-3 Working Day delivery received after 2pm will normally be dispatched with in 48hrs.
Please note at Bank Holidays orders placed after 2.00pm Friday and over the Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.
Returns & Replacements
We recommend that you check the goods for any damages/breakages or shortages on delivery and inform us as soon as posiable. We will ask for proof of damages in the form of a photo so we can make a claim on the relevant courier.
