Love this company's products. I have ordered many times, different shapes and sizes and they always arriver perfectly measured. I really love the matt effect of the product too - it enhances the look of my furniture whilst keeping it connected.

Simple panel order X2 one panel Ok if scruffy protective covering, 2n panel visably damaged protective film damaged. Would have been visable on shipping poor QA...then no one answers phones or calls back..no one actions on e mail "help line".
Willing to update review pending resolution...but so far very poor service.
And to add it all tracking service and tracking numbers did not work.
All points to a less than client focused service.

Pleased with item itself and quick turnaround. My only negative is the postage cost - it was down as "tracked" but it wasn't really as the tracking number came up as invalid - so it was really just proof of postage. Therefore the price of postage at £4.95 was I feel overpriced, particularly as my item was so small it should really have been priced at letter rate.

I needed to replace the circular glass-prism diffuser on a skylight that measured 239mm diameter and was 4mm thick. I ordered a custom-cut 3mm thick frosted Perspex (Clear Frost - S2 000), i.e. 239 mm diameter x 3 mm disc. It was a perfect replacement, and the 1 mm difference in thickness didn't matter; it was still an excellent fit. Thanks, Perspex Sheet!
